Job Summary
Conduct perioperative nursing care in the operating room, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality patient care while partnering with patients and families on care goals. Complete mandatory certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and participate in performance improvement activities, research, and shared governance initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor for nursing staff and students. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 6:45 am to 7:15 pm with call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Operating Room Nurse experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- RN license (Single State or RN-COMPACT)
- Minimum 5 years direct patient care nursing experience

- Bachelor's Nursing degree
