Registered Nurse (RN) Circulating Nurse Operating Room-FT-Days

Conduct circulating nursing duties in the operating room, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for surgical patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting care and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching, adapting service delivery to reflect cultural diversity and population-specific needs. Complete mandatory education including BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to other nurses and students. Participate in performance improvement activities, value analysis, and evidence-based practice initiatives to reduce re-admission rates and adverse events. Work a day shift Monday through Friday from 6:45am to 7:15pm with call rotation.
