Registered Nurse (RN) Circulating Nurse Operating Room-FT-Days

Conduct perioperative nursing care in the operating room, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating interdisciplinary communication and documentation. Partner with patients and families to set care goals, provide bedside shift reports, and deliver individualized, evidence-based care aligned with WellStar's safety protocols and shared governance model. Mentor staff and students, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce adverse events and re-admissions. Requires BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; full-time day shift with call rotation.
