Registered Nurse (RN) Circulating - FT-Days

Conduct clinical perioperative nursing care, performing the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while ensuring timely documentation and adherence to evidence-based practice standards. Partner with patients and families to set care goals, provide bedside teaching, and support service excellence within the WellStar Shared Governance Model. Mentor staff and students, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce re-admission rates and adverse events. Requires BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with a minimum of five years in direct patient care. Full-time day shift from 6:45am to 7:15pm with call rotation.
