Registered Nurse (RN) Circulating - FT-Days

Conduct comprehensive patient care coordination and documentation during day shift rotations in the operating room environment. Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while partnering with patients and families on bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes and participate in shared governance activities, performance improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice projects. Mentor staff and students as a preceptor to support workforce development and maintain current competency through mandatory education and professional assessments.
