Job Summary
Supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs, and STNAs to provide direct resident care while assessing, planning, and evaluating care plans. Direct work assignments based on resident needs and staffing levels, adjusting schedules and resolving staff concerns. Receive staffing calls to arrange replacements and transfer employees among units as demands dictate. Oversee unit operations during higher-level management absence and complete performance evaluations for team members. Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred with a current state RN license and CPR certification required.
Required Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
