Job Summary
Conduct patient care across Med-Surg, Telemetry, and specialized units based on assigned experience and qualifications. Deliver compassionate, safety-focused nursing to diverse populations while collaborating with engaged leadership. Receive comprehensive orientation and mentorship to build clinical confidence, with pathways to advance into Charge RN, Preceptor, or specialty roles. Select between 12-hour day or night shifts to support flexibility. Maintain an active Wisconsin RN license and BLS certification.
