Registered Nurse (RN)

Effectively carry out medication management ensuring adequate supplies and adherence to company policy. Ensure residents' attending physician and families are promptly notified of significant health changes. Report incidents, accidents, and adverse events to the Administrator and Director of Nursing. Document, investigate, and address resident accidents, grievances, and concerns in accordance with Federal/State rules. Uphold resident rights, ensuring they exercise them without interference or coercion. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information. Pay rate is $31-$41 hourly with shift differential, plus a $10k sign-on bonus. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available. Minimum of two years in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
