Registered Nurse (RN) Charge, Trauma Ortho/Neuro Med-Surg | Bradenton, FL

Supervise and coordinate daily nursing operations for the Trauma Ortho/Neuro Med-Surg unit, providing direct patient care and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. Manage patient assignments, resource allocation, and shift communication while monitoring progress, documenting assessments, and evaluating treatment effectiveness. Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering collaboration and professional growth to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Promote patient satisfaction through compassionate, efficient, and evidence-based care. Requires current RN license in Florida, BLS certification, and minimum one year of acute care and Charge Nurse experience. Full-time role with 12-hour rotating shifts and weekend differentials.
