Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (Charge Nurse/Supervisor) on the 11 PM–7 AM shift, you will lead the unit by supervising 2–3 CNAs, administer medications, render comprehensive nursing care, maintain and review resident care plans, document nursing notes, monitor resident status, and execute emergency procedures. The role includes weekend coverage (every other weekend) and weekend supervision responsibilities, with duties assigned by the Nurse Supervisor, DNS/ADNS, and Administrator. Requires an active Connecticut RN license, ability to supervise, teamwork, and eligibility to work in the US; LTC experience strongly preferred and a fingerprint/background check is required. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse License in Connecticut
- 1 year of long term care experience strongly preferred
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must go through background check process including fingerprinting
