Job Summary
Lead the clinical team assigned to one or more units and direct overall operations to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards. Provide nursing leadership that promotes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents and team members. Schedule runs 2:00-10:30pm with every other weekend required. Full-time and part-time openings available at up to $50.00/hour depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
