Job Summary
Seeking a Registered Nurse Charge Nurse/Supervisor for the 3-11 shift at Avon Health Center in Avon, CT. Full-time 32 hours. Lead and drive the quality care for residents; responsible for team leadership, professional, courteous, and detail-oriented performance. RN with leadership responsibilities, ability to coordinate care, and oversee staff on the 3-11 shift. Compensation includes $38.00-$45.00/hour (DOE) with $2.50 shift differential, additional weekend differential, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus full benefits and PTO.
