Job Summary
Provide advice and support to residents and their families while monitoring care and administering medications. Chart resident services in departmental records and adhere to infection-control protocols to protect staff. Resolve resident needs using multidisciplinary team strategies and maintain confidentiality to ensure quality care aligned with facility standards. Requires current State RN license, Long-Term Care experience preferred, and strong MS Office skills. Located in an 88-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in North Granville, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Registered Nurse RN License
- Solid computer skills
- working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
