Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, while following and implementing care plans developed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments, monitor and assess residents' conditions, and promptly report changes to appropriate clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care while ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Work in a 106-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility offering full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with a daily pay rate of $40 to $48 an hour.
