Job Summary
Conduct registered nursing care across multiple units in the Float Pool team, utilizing critical thinking to address patient needs while adhering to department guidelines. Manage a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule with overnight shifts running from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including weekend and rotating holiday coverage. Maintain a collaborative approach to patient advocacy and problem-solving within the ChristianaCare Health System environment.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- ADNs candidate are required to commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire
- at least one year experience
- Acute care required
- BLS required
- Must get within 3 months of hire
- Commitment to patient advocacy
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
