Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) - CCMF at Denver Health’s Correctional Care Medical Facility provides nursing care per ANA standards to a diverse patient population across psychiatry, cardiology, OB/Gyn, surgery, and acute trauma. Essential duties include assessing patients, documenting reports, monitoring vital signs, modifying care plans, preparing patients for exams, coordinating with the health care team, supervising less skilled staff, and educating patients and families on health, prevention, and aftercare. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
- Active RN license in state of Colorado (DORA)
- BLS (AHA) CPR certification
