Job Summary
Provide nursing care to hospice patients, residents, and families within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control. Maintain knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies, and procedures while delivering end-of-life care. Requires a current New York State RN license, minimum one year of recent hands-on experience, Basic Life Support Certification, and a valid NY driver's license with own transportation.
