Job Summary
Perform all aspects of patient care in the Cath Lab, optimizing safety and reducing medical errors. Formulate individualized care plans, revising them based on patient response and evaluating daily effectiveness. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, providers, and families following the chain of command. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, including transfers, discharge, and psychosocial support. Requires current Arizona RN license, BCLS/ACLS certifications, and critical care experience. Monday-Friday schedule with 14-day on-call rotation and up to $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Cath Lab experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSN)
- Critical care experience such as ICU, ER, or Flight
