Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Perform all aspects of patient care in the cath lab environment, optimizing safety and reducing medical errors. Formulate and revise individualized care plans based on patient response, while monitoring, recording, and communicating patient status to the care team and family. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharge, and referrals, and evaluate learning needs to provide appropriate patient and family education. Act as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients, protecting their rights throughout the acute care setting.
