Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Perform all aspects of patient care in the Cath Lab, optimizing safety and reducing medical errors. Formulate and revise individualized plans of care based on patient response, evaluating daily effectiveness. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, providers, and families following the chain of command. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, including transfers, discharge, and referrals. Evaluate learning needs and provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and condition. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients while protecting their rights. Requires current state RN license, Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), six months acute care experience, and ACLS/BCLS certification. Full-time 3x12 day shift with rotating weekends.
