Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cath Lab provides comprehensive nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating pre, intra, and post procedure care, ensuring adherence to ANA Standards of Nursing Practice. Candidates must hold an accredited nursing degree, state licensure as an RN, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications. A minimum of three years of RN Cath Lab or Electrophysiology experience is required, with additional qualifications in vascular or CVOR being beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
- 3 years RN Cath Lab/EP experience minimum
Desired Qualifications
- Vascular experience
- CVOR experience
