Job Summary
The Invasive Cardiology Nurse provides nursing care to patients with various cardiac system abnormalities, collaborating with families and medical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patients, implementing and re-evaluating nursing orders, documenting patient information, and coordinating care for both adults and pediatric patients undergoing interventional cardiology procedures. Required qualifications include being a graduate of an accredited nursing school and holding BLS and ACLS certifications, along with specific experience in cardiac and critical care settings.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse in NH or compact state
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in interventional lab
- 2-4 years in ICU/CCU
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Experience in an interventional lab
- Experience in ICU/CCU
