Registered Nurse (RN) Cath Lab

Assess implementation and evaluate patients in the Cath Lab, assisting with procedures, medication administration, and continuous patient monitoring. Perform all aspects of patient care to optimize safety and reduce medical errors while formulating and revising individualized plans of care based on patient response. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, provider, family, and spiritual support needs as appropriate. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharge, and referrals, while evaluating learning needs to provide tailored education. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients, protecting their rights throughout the care continuum.
