Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab, Days

Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized plans of care for patients in the cath lab while anticipating status changes and modifying care as needed. Advocate for patient autonomy, ensure informed consent, and mentor colleagues to advance nursing practice. Delegate care elements appropriately, prioritize time to optimize outcomes, and apply current evidence to daily practice and quality improvement. Precept student nurses, externs, and residents while communicating effectively with the healthcare team. Requires BSN, New Hampshire RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certificates; moderate sedation training within three months.
