Job Summary
Determine staffing levels and assignments based on census, acuity, and patient flow while supervising and mentoring nursing and support staff in the Cath Lab. Provide direct patient care, float between staff to assist with problem-solving, and take assignments to meet staffing needs. Evaluate care effectiveness, respond to patient care complaints, and ensure staff has necessary equipment and supplies. Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and coordinate transfers, admissions, and discharges. Maintain an environment encouraging professional growth and obtain required ACLS and CPR certifications within 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- current state RN license
- Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school
- active Arizona or Compact RN License

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 2 years of experience
