Registered Nurse - RN - Cath Lab - Charge Nurse

Determine staffing levels and assignments based on census, acuity, and patient flow while supervising and mentoring nursing and support staff during assigned shifts. Provide direct patient care as needed, float between staff to assist with problem-solving, and take patient assignments to meet staffing requirements. Evaluate care effectiveness, respond to complaints, and ensure staff has necessary equipment and supplies for safe operations. Integrate evidence-based practices into clinical protocols and foster an environment encouraging professional growth. Requires an active Arizona or Compact RN license, Associate's Degree, and ACLS/CPR certification. Located in Sierra Vista, Arizona, at Canyon Vista Medical Center, a Level III Trauma facility within Lifepoint Health.
