Job Summary
Provide clinical nursing care to residents in a 242-bed Long-Term Care Home (Laurier Manor) in Ottawa, ON. Lead and supervise nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, and evaluating their work. Liaise with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support. Demonstrate leadership and commitment to standards of practice, quality care, and resident advocacy. The role involves part-time (Casual) shifts including Days, Evenings, and Nights, with opportunities for mentorship, growth, and advancement within Extendicare.
