Job Summary
RN responsible for a shift of care under Unit Manager/ADON/DON; provides nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care; ensures resident/patient safety and supervises nursing assistants; adheres to standards of care and JCAHO guidelines; requires active RN license, CPR, and ability to manage medications and care logistics; training provided for new graduates; full and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules in Sturgeon Bay, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license
- Current CPR certification
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to calculate drug dosage
- Experience in skilled nursing or elder care preferred but not required (new graduates welcome with training)
- Proficiency with necessary supplies/equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart)
- Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications
