Registered Nurse RN

Registered Nurse (RN) part-time position at Chapel View in Hopkins, MN (615 Minnetonka Mills Rd). Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a nonprofit senior-care community, administer medications, and collaborate with a team to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include medication administration and monitoring, managing supplies and equipment, documenting care using computerized systems, communicating significant changes to the Clinical Manager, physicians, and families, and performing additional duties as required. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication and organizational skills and a commitment to geriatric care in a team-oriented environment, with evenings shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
