Job Summary
Conduct in-home nursing visits weekly for former nuclear weapons workers, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety, and managing medication plans. Coordinate skilled and non-skilled caregivers, plan and evaluate client care, and serve as a local clinical resource. Collaborate with the regional director to identify service issues, manage staffing, and participate in performance improvement initiatives including medical record reviews and infection tracking. Document supervisory visits, review shift reports, and assist with marketing activities as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
