Job Summary
Conduct in-home nursing visits for former nuclear weapons workers with chronic or terminal illnesses, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety, and managing medication planners. Coordinate client care conferences, evaluate clinical documentation, and supervise caregivers while collaborating with regional directors to improve services and staffing. Serve as an on-site clinical resource, perform supervisory visits, and assist with marketing activities as requested. Maintain adherence to agency policies and delegation guidelines, collecting data on infections and grievances for performance improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
