Job Summary
Conduct in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety, and managing medication plans. Coordinate weekly care conferences, evaluate clinical documentation, and supervise caregivers to meet client needs. Collaborate with regional directors and staffing coordinators on service improvements and personnel training. Review shift reports, track equipment, and document incidents for performance improvement initiatives. Maintain on-site availability during operating hours to support clinical resources and case assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
