Job Summary
Conduct in-home nursing visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety with medical equipment, and managing weekly medication planners. Coordinate and manage client care conferences, collaborate with regional directors to identify service issues, and serve as a local on-site clinical resource. Assist staffing coordinators on personnel scheduling, review shift reports for policy adherence, and document supervisory visits to facilitate problem resolution. Collect and submit data on infections, complaints, and performance improvement activities while participating in quarterly medical record reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
