Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager - PRN

Advocate for patients and families by coordinating comprehensive health needs through assessment, planning, and resource utilization. Manage clinical care, psychosocial issues, and transition plans while ensuring quality outcomes and cost-effective services. Handle data management and utilization reviews to support performance metrics and care coordination. Maintain valid Oklahoma State RN licensure and current Basic Life Support certification. Requires 3 years of acute RN experience and an ADN, BSN, or MSN.
