Job Summary
RN Case Manager in-home visits for former Nuclear Weapons Workers with chronic/terminal illness, conducting weekly 1-2 hour visits, performing physical assessments, ensuring home safety with medical equipment, coordinating care with caregivers, and providing direct care and case management under an independent schedule. Requires RN licensure, BSN preferred, CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience including home care; duties include care planning, staffing coordination, data collection, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Compensation is $47/hour with benefits for full-time positions; locations include Benton City, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state approved school of professional registered nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience including one (1) year in home care or closely related field
- One (1) year of supervisory and/or case management experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
