Job Summary
Coordinate hospice care for 10-14 patients by performing assessments, creating and updating care plans, and documenting care; collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other team members; provide education to families; enjoy flexible scheduling and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Idaho RN License
- 2+ years of nursing experience (prefer hospice)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing a plus but not required
