Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as part of Journey’s care team, directing nursing personnel, and delivering holistic care for residents. Responsible for assessing changes in residents’ status, planning and implementing care, and evaluating outcomes in collaboration with physicians, residents, and families; ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations while maintaining effective communication and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state
- Current CPR certification
- A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required
