Job Summary
Supervise patient care, coordinate all aspects of the plan of care, and complete required documentation including Oasis, 485, and order submissions. Orient and teach other clinical personnel when needed while assuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Provide compassionate care to patients at their residence or facility. Requires a current Louisiana RN license, minimum one year clinical experience, and CPR certification. Full-time and PRN positions available in Pearland, TX with competitive pay, ESOP, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at their place of residence or facility
