Job Summary
Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) needed for STAT Home Health to supervise patient care, coordinate all aspects of patient care and initiate/update the plan of care, complete required documents (Oasis, 485, order submission), and supervise/orient other clinical personnel. Roles include ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, problem resolution, and conducting patient visits at residences or facilities. Required Qualifications
- Current Louisiana RN license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as RN or 1 year clinical experience as LPN
