Mercy St. Louis offers an RN Career Path Program that starts in Med/Surg for 12–18 months, with transitions to a specialty unit based on readiness, openings, and fit (e.g., Pediatrics/PICU, ICU, Trauma/Neuro ICU, ED, Burn ICU, Float Pool). Participants receive structured onboarding, ongoing clinical development, mentorship, and a clear pathway into specialty practice.
