Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while using clinical judgment with confidence. Manage clear care plans and physician orders, ensuring all interactions align with CDC safety guidelines and PPE protocols. Maintain consistent relationships with patients and families to support continuity of care. This role offers weekly pay, direct deposit, and flexible scheduling with paid time off. You will receive training and competency support from respiratory therapists on staff, along with 24/7 on-call clinical backing. An active Florida RN license and specific experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
