Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment. Manage G-tube, trach, and vent care, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain safety through CDC-aligned protocols with provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Requires an active Colorado RN license, current BLS CPR card, and TB testing.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Colorado RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
