Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment with confidence. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment supported by 24/7 clinical assistance, respiratory therapists for training and mentorship, and clear physician orders. Maintain patient safety using provided PPE aligned with CDC guidelines and utilize the employee portal to manage flexible scheduling and shift preferences. Requires a current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, and vent care, alongside Alzheimer's training. Weekly pay and direct deposit are included.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
