Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Care Management at UCHealth Inverness OrthoSpine Surgery Center in Englewood, CO, a fully onsite role. Provides direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings using the nursing process and demonstrates top-of-scope practice. Supports competency validation and ongoing professional development through precepting new healthcare staff and participating in evidence-based care models aligned with AORN and ABPANC standards. Role includes clinical education support from Educators, participation in UCHealth’s total rewards program, and eligibility for performance bonuses and merit-based pay increases. Requires graduation from a state-approved nursing program and active RN licensure, with OR nursing experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion as relevant credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- ~6 months of OR nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
