Job Summary
Registered Nurse RN for Cardiology unit with focus on cardiac patients including myocardial infarction, chest pain, and arrhythmias. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer and manage medications, respond promptly to changes in patient condition, and support overflow MICA and Level 1 Stroke unit. Strong teamwork and commitment to quality patient care and patient safety are required. BSN preferred; ACLS preferred; 12-hour day shift; every other weekend/holiday. Hourly pay range $36.15-$59.95.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program
- Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut
- BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
