Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Unit

Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments for cardiac and CVA patients. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physician, and families while assisting with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate care, manage patient transfers, and provide education on age, culture, and condition. Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients on a 6 x 12-hour rotating night shift schedule.
