Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities for cardiac telemetry and medical surgical units in accordance with HHS standards. Demonstrate knowledge of patient growth and development across the lifespan to interpret data reflective of age-specific needs and modify care plans. Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and ensure all documentation supports efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Complete BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Night shift, full-time position at a 656-bed hospital featuring the Oklahoma Heart Institute and advanced cancer treatment technology.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse Program
- Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
