Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry/ Congestive Heart Failure

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care for patients with cardiac telemetry and congestive heart failure. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and patient teaching while partnering with families to align care with patient goals. Uphold Wellstar policies, safety absolutes, and accreditation standards through proactive care planning and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development within the team. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments to maintain licensure and clinical standards.
