Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Telemetry 4 West - Southside Medical Center

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, and develop care plans to enhance outcomes for patients in the Progressive Care (step-down) unit. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across Med-Surg and ICU units while serving as a patient safety advocate for quality improvement. Administer medications safely per state practice and organizational policies, evaluating treatment effectiveness throughout the patient's stay. Requires current RN licensure, at least one year of RN experience, and BLS certification (ACLS required within six months). Minimum salary of $34.33 with a maximum of $54.93; eligible for up to $15k sign-on bonus for external applicants with one year of experience.
