Provide clinical direction for diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures as a circulator, offering moderate sedation, scrubbing, or monitoring. Complete direct patient pre-procedure assessments, gather pertinent records, and interpret hemodynamic monitoring data. Operate applicable hospital equipment, perform point of care testing, and accurately charge procedures while maintaining competency in each role. Take immediate action in life-threatening emergencies, adhere to radiation safety guidelines, and ensure proper patient consent and communication. Maintain Cath Lab patient records in Epic EMR, manage supplies, and follow all Prisma Health documentation policies.
